This can set up a belief that we don't deserve something or we're not good enough to just have what we want, it can cause pain, anxiety and high levels of stress. It can cause internal blocks unconsciously which can make you sick and unable to see the right action to take, in order to create more of what you want.

If we have lots of resistance to an outcome, we may be experiencing within us different parts and not all parts work together. Sometimes they need to build a stronger relationship. The parts can be simple, (without realising), wanting the same thing but they need to get along and build a relationship, to be on the same page: End Result – The Desired Reality of Better Health and Money.
